Make it possible to remove the need of a server

I see that there will be some possible issues, in some cases, where a server is still needed. The point to remove this requirement (is should be one of the possility, with pros and cons) is to make it possible to have crowdfunding campaigns in this cases:

  • Where there is a possibility of dos attacks against the server
  • Where the crowdfunding campaign is somehow illegal in some countries as china (so there could be a ban of the server hosting)
  • The proponent of the campaign as zero tech knowledge or it isn't able to use a server or users aren't able to connect to it.

So the solution should find "a full on-chain way" to maintain/update the campaign status. Users will be able to see which is the current status by only using the electron cash plug-in or other thigs as memo protocol interfaces.

Maybe it can use also other decentralized things as IPFS.

For what it counts, if there will be a flipstarter campaign to add/develop this feature I'll be happy to contribute.
