Add a field for progress tracking URL

One issue with Flipstarter is that no obvious way to monitor progress after complete funding. I suggest to add a field for the Flipstarter creator to specify where people can track progress.

This could be a Gitlab issue or milestone or a discussion forum thread. I hope this will encourage transparency.
