Put character limit on Abstract text

When a user create the campaign they have to fill two text fields, one is the Abstract field the other is Description.

I've notice that many user put too much info in Abstract field that defy it's purpose. Visitors that are reading the Abstract field will need to read paragraph of text to understand the idea of the campaign. That is also effecting services that show summary of campaign based on the Abstract field.

I imagine some may don't understand the difference, Abstract is not being understood as a short summary. Also size of the field is similar to the Project Proposal field which may add to the confusion.

Would be also useful if we put "Write a short summary of your campaign" under the "Abstract" title.
