      Remove BOM from FlinfoLABW.php · abe5233f
      Lupo authored
The file started with a BOM (byte order mark, U+FEFF, hex EF BB BF),
which produces an error because it is sent back to the client and then
we cannot set header later (FlinfoOut.php, line 268) anymore.

This problem went unnoticed so far because the production server does
not show this error on the web page. My development server does :-)

New White House Flickr stream, and USDA. · 7e4bdeae
      Lupo authored
Looks like the White House has created a new flickr stream (ID is
different). Also look at the EXIF data for photos from the USDA
      stream.

Try to detect whether the image is already at the Commons. · 5437f875
      Lupo authored
Flinfo cannot use the SHA1 of the image: because of bandwidth
restrictions on the server I run this on, flinfo must not download the
whole image from the image repository to calculate the hash. Instead,
it now performs a linksearch at Commons to detect duplicates.

      This has pros and cons:
+ Flinfo doesn't have to dowload the file itself.
+ It can detect duplicates even if a smaller or cropped version is
        already at the Commons.
      - The MediaWiki link search is awkward and may not always find a link.
In particular, wildcard searches don't work correctly at all, so
flinfo cannot use it. Which means it checks only one or two URLs,
        which then must match exactly.
      - The MediaWiki API cannot do a linksearch for arbitrary protocols, or
for a given set of protocols (for instance, both http and https in
ome go). Thus flinfo has to make several remote calls, which is slow.
      - Success depends on appropriate links being present at the Commons.

Also fix some bugs in the ipernity handling code, and properly handle
cases where flinfo cannot determine a date for the image.
