Remove the Documentation Browser in FlightGear, replace with links to modernized documentation

As part of a larger effort to modernize documentation, and as discussed here, flightgear!19 (comment 2293589921), the Documentation Browser (see attached image below) will be removed in next with a link to the new (in-progress) online documentation.
