Multi-Company Multi Accounting plan

Summary

Flectra 1.4 version of 2018/10/11 When you create multi-company, exemple company A is mother of Company B. Company A must have accounting plan in UK accounting Company B must have French Accounting Plan

Steps to reproduce

When you go on Settings >> General Settings >> Invoicing >> Package

When Package is already install for Company A all diary are create for this company. When you want add new Fiscal localization for Company B you get this error message

What is the current bug behavior?

Configuration Error of Company: The Account Company (B) and the Company (A)) of Branch must be the same!

What is the expected correct behavior?

Allow have different Fiscal localization for each company, as different currency / accounting bank account / Fiscal Period etc... Give possibility to disable Brand if company dont use it. If you try to deactivate Brand, you get same error message as screenshoot issue #114 (closed)

Relevant logs and/or screenshots

Check Issue #114 (closed) is same screenshoot, for same issue. Parameter are verify and are correctly set for user. Can access at both company in admin rules.

Possible fixes

This bus is not present on Odoo v11 community version.
