Portal User has no rights to access /my/ticket page
Portal user gets Forbidden 403 when accessing /my/ticket.
Steps to reproduce
Create a portal user, submit a helpdesk ticket. When clicking on Tickets under My Account he gets Forbidden 403. With admin user it works.
