OAUTHLIB ERROR in Flectra Rest API for Windows

Summary

NameError: name 'oauthlib_common' is not defined

Steps to reproduce

1. install flectra for windows

2. install REST API for Flectra module

3. Get authentication

I know I just need to install oauthlib but its better if its included in the installer
