"double login" on simulation start

2. Simulation view does not work: the user is not logged in (see the empty flecsimo-cookie) although the Set-cookie-Header was delivered correctly with the first request.

3. logging in a second time then works just fine.

Occurs on Windows-Systems w/ Firefox.

Temporary fix

• login twice or
• for debugging purposes: add a "foobar"-cookie via the browser's development tools with unlimited lifetime.
