As a PixelFed user I want to know how Flashbulb relates to me so I can know how to use it.

Some history: PixelFed started after I started work on Flashbulb. It approached things from another angle so I mostly ignored the codebase (but boosted or fav'ed their toots!). But they're trying to launch close to when I'm trying to launch so we should figure this out.

Their dev tells me "It will support the Twitter 1.1 API like GS/Mastodon/Pleroma. Some features like retweets are not supported yet." but I need to look into whether Mastodon supports the Twitter 1.1 API (or what that even is).

Worst case, we rename Api to MastodonApi. Worst worst case, we update the README with the sad news.
