How to use this gem

Hi, I tried lot but I couldn't get this gem to work together with the vscode extension. https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ethan-reesor.vscode-byebug

Congratulations for the work, I believe it works but I don't know how to configure it. It would be awesome to have byebug integrated with vscode internal debugger.
