A service provider can upload large images (increase PHP maximum file size to 32 megabytes)

Trying to re-save an imported item, https://new.finditcambridge.org/node/1693/edit gave this message:

"The file is 12.55 MB exceeding the maximum file size of 2 MB."

Note: Images are resized by Drupal, so no visitor ever has to download a 13 MB image.
