Add "Deployment" Page

• Have a title labeled "Deployment"
• Have a subtitle with the name of the Fieldkit Station
• On the right have an X for exiting the page/pop-up
• Have a section of the map that centers on the station
• Have an edit section for the name of the location, titled "Name your location"
• Have two sections for "Data capture schedule"
  • Have a subsection under the "Data capture schedule" that says "Frequent data capture drains the battery at a quicker rate"
• Have slider with two options, "Basic" or "Scheduled"
  • Under "Basic", have a number section called "Every" then a drop down with "Seconds, Minutes, Hours, and Days"
    • Validate data (@jlewallen , what should be the validation on the numbers? Are decimals allowed? Can you take a recording every 92 minutes?)
  • TODO: Look later and see how to do it under "Scheduled"
• Have a Fieldkit red button that says "Continue" that takes up the width of the pop-up, minus a padding
