Mobile: Data View page - drag the scrubber

USER STORY

• Drag the timeline scrubber to navigate the chart

DEV TASKS

• Enable the scrubber to be draggable (like it is on desktop)
• Note: the scrubber handles should remain hidden and NOT interactive (the user CANNOT click and drag individual handles, they can ONLY click and drag the WHOLE scrubber)

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

Click and Drag

• IF I'm on mobile
• AND on the Data View page
• WHEN I click and drag the green scrubber
• THEN the scrubber drags along in the direction I'm pulling
• AND the chart content scrubs along to the new timeframe in real time as I drag

Release

• IF I'm on mobile
• AND on the Data View page
• AND I have clicked and dragged the green scrubber
• WHEN I release the scrubber
• THEN the chart content stops at this place in time
