On Data View page - adjust Time Period Using “View By” Interface

DEV TASKS

• Unhide the "View By" links on mobile (maybe they show up right above the date from and to fields?)
• Adjust their display so the text size works for mobile
• Note that the 2 x chart x-axis date/time markers (at the beginning and end of the chart should probably) should update in terms of date/time BUT we shouldn't add more x-axis markers into the chart itself as that will likely get very squashed very quickly
• Then we'll get a designer to review the mobile implementation and advise any recommended UI improvements

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

• This functions the same way as it does on desktop
• This has been reviewed by a designer and UI improved to suit the mobile environment
