Data export has duplicate columns for modules after module moved.

Reported by a user (Hawaii) because they don't see module data from one module in their CSV, because the same data is duplicated between two columns.

This is likely due to a misfire in the logic that tries to re-use columns in the CSV when modules are replaced.
