Portal: Activity History contains a randomly placed icon in it's panel - adjust icon placement and label/provide context on what the icon is for.

1. Go to fkdev.org.
2. From the projects list, click on any project
3. From the Project page, click on “Activity history”.

Problem - you’ll see an icon in the middle of the Activity History section. It is not even in the middle, it seems to be randomly placed on the page.
Expected: Place the icon in a layout friendly place, and let the user know what the icon is for.
