Portal: When user has more than 1 of the same "type" of module in a station, the data charts all display the same name for the module title - the module titles should be unique

Use build: {"server_name":"fkdev- blue-O", "version": "0.3.66", "tag":"develop", "name":"648cc9e3f4a6", "git": {"hash":"929224da"}}

1. Login as pete@conservify.org on portal.fkdev.org.
2. From the list of Stations on the left, click on Quirky Bobcat 99.
3. Next, click on Quirky Bobcat 99 - Explore Data, so that you see the Station Details page, and you'll notice there are 4 water modules in this station, and no way to distinguish one from the other.

Problem: Must have a way to distinguish one water module from the other. For example, In the Data panel below, you see 4 "of the same module-title in the Data Panel - Water Conductivity" (see attached screenshot)
