Portal: Data View - "Add Chart" link exists and is enabled, but does nothing when clicked.

  1. Go to fkdev.org
  2. Click on any project such as the WCS / AMZCITSCI project.
  3. Click on any station and then, click on the "Explore Data" button for that selected station.
  4. You'll be on the Data View page for that Station. From here, notice there is an "Add Chart" button. Clicking it does nothing.

See attached screenshot. If this button doesn't do anything, perhaps it should be disabled, or not be displayed to the user. It should only be enabled, when clicking it will do something.
