App: "Create Phone Backup" menu option does nothing on Android

Installed the following build on Android: (this issue does not happen on iOS)

Android: Merge branch '230-submit-support-ticket-from-app' into 'develop'

1. Install the App on Android.
2. Go to "Help".
3. Click on the "Create Phone Backup" menu option, and notice nothing happens.

Tried this several times, and each time, "Create Phone Backup" did not give me any response. See attached video to recreate the problem. (problem occurs from 12 seconds onwards in the video recording): screen-20250610-094826
