Show me which listings are external links (that will open in a web browser)

RECREATE

• Go to App > Help
• Look at listings
• I see a mixture of internal links or functions and external links (that will open in a web browser)

EXPECTED

• Listings that are external links are clearly marked as such, so that I know before clicking on them that I will be taken out of the app

ACTUAL

• All listings look the same, so when I click on an external link e.g. "Pre-deployment Checklist", I am surprised when it takes me out of the app
