MR Description

Some FHIRPACK operations can actually last more than 24 hours, which is the default validity period for tokens granted by some FHIR servers. This MR introduces the connected and authenticate PACK property and methods which are leveraged to re-authenticate/re-setup a PACK before a search if needed.
