PUP Maneuvers overtuned

Level Range Stat Boost per Maneuver 1-14 +1 15-29 +2 30-44 +3 45-59 +4 60-74 +5 75-89 +6 90-99 +7

Considering theres only a few of us right now I imagine it's not the biggest concern but just letting you know in case you want era accuracy and or lolpup as they say. :> Thanks! Mitsuha (I love PUP though! <3)
