Goldsmithing advanced support broken?

Cap should be 17 but it seems to be at 20.

I notice that quite alot recipes are slightly wrong. I will keep posting my random findings. A full audit might be necessary tho.

Using clean Wings install + casket DATs.

EDIT: After continuing with it at 17 I didn't get any skillups anymore. Which means either the Advanced Support at the Goldsmithing guild doesn't work or it's something different entirely. That's because I didn't get break skillups at levels 9-11 (+3) which should have put me in the 5gap range. Break skill ups occured at level 12 with or without advanced support.
