Current situation with variables containing capital letters?

Hi,

I know that FERMAT cannot deal with variables containing capital letters (e.g. mH or PP), so the Mma part of FIRE blocks such input to avoid weird bugs at a latter stage.

However, I'm wondering whether this is still an issue when using FLINT or Symbolica as a backend?
