Language dialog improvements

This adds/cahnges some gui aspects of the language dialog. It now looks like this: image

Notice that the text within the parenthesis only shows if there is a translation for that key found in the (from browser) detected language. Also the English button on the right will only show if english isn't the detected language (so that there won't be two "english" buttons next to each other).
