Write a FAQ

During the past week I've seen the same questions being asked over an over. I was thinking maybe you should write a separate fevermap.net/faq page to quickly address these?

Common questions:

• Why do you focus on fever?
• Is the app only for people with symptoms or can healthy people also participate?
• Do you consider it fever at 37.5, 38.0 or 38.5 degrees Celcius?
• Is fever reliable symptom of the Corona virus?
• What questions do you ask?
• Why not ask more questions?
• What scientific studies exists to back up the approach of Fevermap?
• Do track users location?
• If usage of the app is anonymous, how do you prevent false/spoofed submissions?
• What countries or languages is the Fevermap app available in?
• Which authorities use the Fevemap data in their decision making process?

I will try to write one today, but I'll let this issue be here for some time so that others have time to chip in.
