Twitter can get in a bad state where moa oath flow stops working

My bridge from twitter: @flancian, mastodon: @flancian@social.coop stopped working. Looked into it my bridge was disabled (note: credentials in the screenshot have been renewed):

When I went to moa.party and tried to re-auth with Twitter, I got this:

Work around: use a private window or log out of Twitter and try again. Seems to fix it for me.

Observations: I usually use Twitter multi login for @flancian and @an_agora; I wonder if this might have to do with the trigger. I think what probably happened here is that [[moa]] auto-disabled my bridge once Twitter failed for me too many times? I need to look into the code to see how that works.

Fortunately doesn't seem widespread, as only 53 accounts are disabled out of >1500 total and last I checked the number wasn't too different.
