RFC Pipe Filter and Aliases Wikilinks format

I would like to propose an alternate format.

I think the [[wikilinks]] syntax should be extensible and contained within the square brackets.

So, I propose [[wikilink|wikilink OR URI]]

This gives us aliases, that can link to a URI anywhere or to another wikilink.
