General packaging project? (Llama.cpp + Whisper.cpp)

Hi I've been doing some packaging of Meta's Llama.cpp and Whisper.cpp projects on COPR and would like to contribute that here if anybody is interested? It doesn't seem like there is a general packaging project.

I've already gotten the Llama SRPM spec merged upstream to Llama.cpp and Whisper.cpp is on the way.
