A lot of issues with Fedora Cosmic Atomic Desktop

I did a fresh install an Fedora 42 Cosmic atomic desktop using an official ISO and there are a lot of issues:

• If i enable root but don't create an user in the installer, the system is installing but after reboot, there is no posiility to login. Login manager does not accept root password. I suspect that the issue is present in all another images except silverblue, because fedora initial setup is removed from atomic images, and DE's other than gnome does not have initial setup that let's the user create an account.
• second issue is that there is no default wailpaper, just gray background.
• another issue is that I could't connect to wifi from the cosmic desktop widget, just had to enter the network settings and type my password in there, and then I connected to wifi.

I know that not all issues is related to Atomic, probably non-atoic edition also have them, but I have a question, are these images go through an QA tests before the release? It is an official Spin so I think this should not be released in this state
