dbus-run-session removed from Silverblue

I noticed the dbus-run-session tool is now missing from Silverblue though it was available after installation of Fedora-Silverblue-ostree-x86_64-43-1.6.iso. I see it is still available in Fedora Workstation. Is this intentional?
