## Requested support
<!--These questions help the Mindshare Committee understand what support you need to be a responsible representative of the Fedora community. Small events are subject to a maximum budget of $150 USD.-->
* **Swag needs**:
- Stickers are always in high demand.
- Some swag we could use for prizes (e.g. rewarding good questions from the audience) would be great.
* **How will you use Fedora budget for this event?**:
We'd like to use the Fedora budget to provide some basic catering for our attendees, seeing how the event spans over two days.
- Instant coffee: ~160 PLN (~45 USD)
- Tea: ~80 PLN (~23 USD)
- Snacks: ~255 PLN (~72 USD)
Total: ~140 USD
## This event & Fedora
<!--Fedora gets many requests for events. These questions help us understand whether the Fedora Project is a good fit for the event and the interests of the Fedora community.-->
* **Are you a speaker or presenter? If yes, give the title and description of your presentation**: N/A (CfP ongoing)
* **Are you an organizer or volunteer? If yes, explain your role**: I am helping with the organization this year, mostly handling reaching out to potential sponsors and speakers.
* **Why is it a good idea for the Fedora Project to have a presence?**: Because the Session is (as far as I know) the biggest community-organized, free to attend FLOSS conference in Poland. With a duration of two days and hundreds of attendees on-site (plus many more watching the on-line stream), it provides a great opportunity to boost Fedora's visibility in the community. A distribution directly supporting an event is a rather rare occurrence here in Poland; coupled with the Session often featuring talks from Fedora community members, a larger presence would help paint Fedora as a project that cares and supports it community.
* **Why do you want to represent the Fedora community here?**: Because Fedora has had a presence during previous editions, and I'd like for this to continue.
* **Are there others in the Fedora community who could help this event be successful? If yes, name any key individuals, teams, or SIGs in the Fedora community needed for success**: Possibly Dominik Mierzejewski (`rathann`); not directly involved as an organizer, but a frequent speaker on the event's stage.
## Other
* **Is there anything else the Fedora Mindshare Committee should know when reviewing your request?**: Don't think so? Feel free to ask questions.
