How do you primarily contribute to Fedora? (2-3 sentences): I've been a package maintainer since 2017 and I've also helped at the Fedora FOSDEM booth a couple of times.

Event name(s): Poznańska Impreza Wolnego Oprogramowania (Poznań Free Software Party), a.k.a. PIWO (BEER)
Event dates: TBA, but we're aiming for late May / early June.

Event description(s) (2-4 sentences per event): PIWO is a free to attend, all-day conference focused on Free, Libre and Open Source Software. It features talks and workshops, bringing together students, academics and industry professionals. Last year we saw almost 200 attendees and we're hoping to bring even more this year.

Swag needs:
- Stickers! The more the merrier.
- Posters (ideally A3 size).
- Some USB sticks or wearables that we could use for prizes would be awesome. (We're planning to host a quiz right before the closing ceremony.)
How will you use Fedora budget for this event?:

We'd like to use the Fedora budget to cover the following:
- Posters: ~120 PLN (~33.33 USD) for 30 pieces
- Rollups: ~300 PLN (~83.33 USD) for 2 pieces
- Attendee badges: ~120 PLN (~33.33 USD) for 300 pieces
Total: 150 USD

Are you a speaker or presenter? If yes, give the title and description of your presentation: N/A (no CfP / agenda yet)
Are you an organizer or volunteer? If yes, explain your role: I am one of the organizers of the event. I handle various tasks like setting up some of our IT infrastructure, contacting speakers and media outlets.
Why is it a good idea for the Fedora Project to have a presence?: Because PIWO fills an important niche in the Poznań event scene - it is (AFAIK) the only FLOSS-related event that's both all-day (as opposed to many short, evening meetups) and free to attend (as opposed to commercial events). Last year we had almost 200 attendees; this makes PIWO a great opportunity to promote Fedora. As $150 would meet our Bronze Sponsor criteria, the Fedora logo would also be present in our marketing materials.
Why do you want to represent the Fedora community here?: Because Fedora is my distro of choice and I want PIWO to be the event of choice for FLOSS enthusiasts in Poland.
Are there others in the Fedora community who could help this event be successful? If yes, name any key individuals, teams, or SIGs in the Fedora community needed for success: Possibly Dominik Mierzejewski (rathann) or Zbigniew Jędrzejewski-Szmek (zbyszek)? They're not directly involved with organizing PIWO, but we've met during other Linux-related events in Poland and they've always been friendly & helpful.

Is there anything else the Fedora Mindshare Committee should know when reviewing your request?: The event is currently in early planning stage, but after last year's success, we're enthusiastic and determined to organize an even better event this year. Feel free to ask any questions.
