[f36] Doc issue: root password is optional in file modules/install-guide/pages/install/Installing_Using_Anaconda.adoc

The end of Installing Using Anaconda says

When the installation finishes and the root password has been set

but I believe setting the root password is optional. I didn't set it. (Also, avoid using passive voice.)
