Improvement of visibility of the contribution icons on docs pages

As discussed on discussion: We want to make the icons for editing and for issue creation, beyond the blue header bar, more noticeable and visible. But we couldn't think of anything to achieve that.

I would suggest

1. to enlarge the horizontal space between the icons and the language selector. This alone would make them more visually striking.
2. to color the icons in the same blue as the header bar. This increases the visibility further, but keeps the design character and elegance of the theme (IMHO).
