RFE: add support for asciidoctor-tabs

Hi. We have a few cases in the FCOS docs where it would be really useful to have "tabs" features for allowing the user to select the type example they want to be shown. It appears there is an extension for this known as asciidoctor-tabs.

Could we consider adding this extension to our UI bundle so that docs subprojects could use it? There are instructions/docs on how to get this extension set up with antora in the github repo.
