Fedora 37 + | TTS is not reading text properly.

Description: When the user tries to use TTS while on Fedora 37 or higher , the TTS is reading random words/ symbols and does not read the actual text that is on the screen.

Note: Fedora 36 and below. Issue is only happening on Fedora 37 and above.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://oh-ost.portal.cambiumast.com/secure-browsers.html
  2. From Linux tab download "Downlaod Secure Browser for all supported version of Fedora"
  3. Install the OH secure browser.
  4. Now double click to launch the browser.
  5. User lands on OH client sign in page.
  6. Click on the "Go to the Practice Test Site"
  7. User lands on the practice site. Click on "Run Diagnostics" link
  8. On Run Diagnostics page click on "TTS Check"
  9. Press the speaker button 10.Notice TTS is reading random words/ symbols.
