Fix inactive link "Working with translation" on Docs team page

Issue: Inactive menu and link appears on Docs team page.

• Docs translation workflow is documented by localization team (l10n) and Weblate workflow.

Solution: we can remove inactive link and comment out from nav.adoc file.
