Layout improvements to global nav bar
While looking at the global nav bar, I noticed that it is confusing.
- It's difficult to distinguish "Download(s)" and "Community" from the global and local nav bars. While navigating, I clicked the wrong buttons several times.

I haven't found a solution yet.
- I was confused that the "Downloads" button from the global nav bar redirected me to overview pages with no way to directly download. I find it misleading (and irritating) that 1. it does not bring me to the page I expect it to, and 2. I unexpectedly have to click one more time because I was confused by the wording and my expectations.
We could get inspired by Ubuntu, where it has a link for the page and direct download.
- In the "Downloads" section, "Emerging Editions" are mainly targeting advanced users. I suggest to remove this entirely.
- "Fedora Labs" should be reworded to "Labs", to make it consistent with the rest.
- "Languages" dropdown should be at the nav bar and not in the menus.
- In the "Support" section, we should merge "User Docs" and "Project Docs" into "Documentation" (or "Docs", if that's preferred).
