User Personas

@natenasby has created some user personas for the Forgejo migration project. This is a ticket to track the work on it!

I created three UX user personas representing three different user groups: contributors, engineers, and package maintainers. They are all in a new file in the Penpot project.

To generate these user personas more quickly, I enlisted the help of Deepseek-R1-Distill-Qwen-14B (MIT License) for the content and IBM-Granite-3.3-8B-Instruct (Apache 2.0 License) for generating new names. I'm adding a link here to all the prompts I used that could also be helpful for other projects.
