I'm trying to avoid forking the documentation and tooling
as much as possible, so let's use a macro for the
project name so it's consistent.

This should make it easier to update all examples in once change and
potentially automate this change.

The fcct-config page is a stub now.

It's fully backwards compatible with 1.0.0, and we want to be nice to
people who try to start from a baked config and then add 1.1.0-specific
things.

This refreshes the auto-updates docs, adding a reference to the new
"periodic" strategy and showing it directly in the example.

Done:

- Restore running-containers.adoc and sysctl.adoc

- Minor edits to pages to wrap up this PR.

To do in future PRs:

- Expand fcct-config.adoc

- Show contents of example.ign in producing-ign.adoc

- Replace fcct binary instructions with containerized workflow in producing-ign.adoc

This adds an additional Zincati example, and it cleans up some redundant
bits.

This adds two initial pages on OS updates, covering:
 * auto-updates
 * manual rollbacks
