Run podman with root-less failed in fedora-bootc:41 system

Run podman run --rm quay.io/centos/centos:stream9 cat /etc/redhat-release failed with root-less in CS9 bootc image system.

Error: Error: database volume path "/home/admin/.local/share/containers/storage/volumes" does not match our volume path "/var/home/admin/.local/share/containers/storage/volumes": database configuration mismatch

Tips:

• This issue in ONLY happened on anaconda installation test. bootc install does not have this issue.
• Did not have this issue yesterday(image version: 41.20240725.1). But it exists today(image version: 41.20240729.0)
• Podman got upgraded in today's new image: podman-5.0.3-1.fc41.x86_64 in yesteaday's image; podman-5.2.0~rc2-1.fc41.x86_64 in today's image
