Client for openHAB server (smart home software)

Description:

The app uses GCM, but I made a foss gradle flavor with a dummy gcm module: https://github.com/openhab/openhab.android/pull/455. It now has been merged, so it shouldn't be a problem to publish it on fdroid.

Edit: All cloud functionality are broken in the foss build, but no crashed should appear. I mention that in the repo's fastlane files.
