Description:

I am the app's developer. Gander is a small (15 MB) fully offline file viewer for PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx/.xls/.csv/.ods), PowerPoint (.pptx), photos, video, audio, Markdown, text and code. It declares zero permissions and does not hold INTERNET; files arrive only via SAF and Open-with, and office formats render in a sandboxed WebView using bundled FOSS JS libraries.

Build notes: standard Gradle wrapper, AGP 8.7, compileSdk 35; all Java/Kotlin dependencies from Google Maven, Maven Central and JitPack. The vendored JS renderers are currently minified assets under app/src/main/assets/viewer/lib/; I am happy to swap them for unminified copies or fetch them from source at build time if reviewers require it.
