"Error 0: null" while installing using Privileged Extension 0.2.2 OTA Zip

I tried the newest Privileged Extension 0.2.2 via the OTA zip and I get the error "Error 0: null" trying to install stuff from F-Droid. "Unknown sources" is turned off in settings.

Magisk 11.1
microG framework
