Installation went fine in TWRP, but not working to install from F-Droid silently

I flashed OTA_2070.zip (also tried OTA_2080.zip) via TWRP 3.2.1, it went fine.

Yet, when I try to install an application from F-Droid, it fails with error -110 ("because of system issues").
