include Google Play Core with scanner-errors

The Google Play Core library (com.google.android.play.core / com.google.android.play:core*) should raise the "scanner-error" label and be reported. The reference page of this library links to this page for license conditions, which states a.o.:

Google and its licensors own all right, title and interest, including any and all intellectual property and other proprietary rights

So this is a proprietary dependency.
