1.0 polish

I've been working on getting the full fdroidserver test suite running in Debian/Ubuntu autopkgtest. For example https://salsa.debian.org/eighthave/fdroidserver/-/jobs/27329 These are hopefully the final fixes needed to complete that.

The biggest change is that fdroid will only check for the complete Android SDK paths in fdroid build. Everywhere else, that is no longer necessary since androguard.

I'll include these three commits in a v1.0.8 release to get into Debian.
