Log update/checkupdates/server to wiki

This creates some very basic logging to https://f-droid.org/wiki for the following commands:

• fdroid build
• fdroid update
• fdroid checkupdates
• fdroid server update (aka deploy)

I tested this with a mediawiki install on localhost on jenkins.debian.net.
